You must be aged 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are aged 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.
If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older.
If on delivery our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. Our courier drivers are instructed to enforce a challenge 25 policy in this case. If the recipient of the delivery looks under 25 the delivery company they have been requested to to ask for valid proof of age. Proof of age must be a driving licence, passport or other reputable form of ID.
We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
All payments are taken via Stripe, we do not hold any financial data or card information on file and the payment provider is completely secure.
You will be entered into a regular credit or debit card payment schedule – you can cancel at any time by emailing us. (That way you can be 100% confident its been done as technology does sometimes fail)
If the card we have on file is declined by your card issuer, Stripe will reattempt payment again after 1 day, up to 5 days from the initial failed payment. After this time, we will automatically cancel your subscription.
You can change your personal and acount details at any time either by following the links in your account or via email email email@example.com
Payment for the subscriptions is made a month in advance, and recurring payments will be taken on or around the same date each month from when you signed up. You can cancel at any time for ease we'd suggest you email us and we'll confirm your cancellation within 24 hours. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 07740484815
We send all #BeerDoingGood subscriptions on the 4th Monday of each month. All one off #BeerDoingGood boxes, gift boxes and NoHeroes Beer Boxes are sent on the day of order (Monday - Friday)
We post your beer mainly via DPD (premium – fast and tracked). Standard delivery takes around 5 working days and tracking is available if requested for this service. We cannot guarantee timescales for delivery and although we normally get beer to you faster than 5 days these should be used as a guide only.
Questions regarding delivery, late deliveries, redeliveries and addresses should be directed to the courier company directly in the first instance. They are normally best placed to help especially if you have had a missed delivery carrd and need to find or change your delivery.
Redelivery is expensive, we will try 3 attempts. Please try to place an order for an address or time when someone will be available to sign for it.
All vouchers and offers, unless otherwise stated, are intended for single use only. We reserve the right to retract, remove, cancel or amend offers at any time. Promotions, unless specifically stated, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we feel does not meet our conditions.
We are VAT registered. All prices quoted include VAT at 20% as do our online invoices. For full detailed invoices with VAT breakdowns please email us and we can supply.
